B4 with a C Head

Advert here on flea bay has a B4 head with a C on it, Have seen a number of these over the years, Are they a late 34 B4 head or a repop made later, owner claims its not an English one with small chambers, Anyone have any info. Derek from a cool NZ. counting down to Vancover.
