Sometimes we think the world revolves around us,

Up until recent years the world DID revolve around us.

In my opinion it's the duty of patriotic Americans to try to regain that status ..... and not play second fiddle to no one!

Is it the quality of the Chinese product, or is it the quality that the importer buys from China. I would say the second. I'm all for paying a little extra for a local product just to keep the dollar in the country, but to me, an Australian, a product from USA is just as foreign as a product from China.

Quite often it's the quality of the Chinese product and the importer goes along with it.

To me, a proud American, a product from Australia is just as foreign as a product from China; except maybe with a better expectation of quality.

i believe the term you were going to use was The Asian manufacturer...no need to take a topic that is very legit and add condescending comments about people and races.

It seems to me that the answer is that no one has had any problems and the opinion of others is to buy American to support America made products.
That is all i asked and don't want this to get nasty by making un-necessary comments about someones race.
I value everyone's opinion very much but it is not needed to make comments about other races or creeds.
