ALuminum windshield frame

i bought an aluminum one from snyders.
I could not find a good original at the time. i found it is a tiny bit short lengthwise, the upper corners need some careful trimming, it has ugly welds on the bottom corners. once i overcame those issues it works ok.

But, the answer to you question, i have not made one. i think that would be a challenge due to the shapes of the extrusions.
