Aluminum Head (21 Stud)

I have this 21 stud aluminum head. So what is it? It is stamped with a W and M P 9 in the center of the head. It doesn't say Weiand in the water jacket, but it looks like it has been ground down with some sanding lines. I know it's not a Ford Canada head because it doesn't say Made in Canada anywhere. I have another one, that I bought at another swap meet, and it has the Ford script, which I'm assuming makes it a Denver head. Thoughts?

Is it a W about 1/4" tall and on upper curved surface? How about a pic of the combustion chamber.
