9 inch mystery yoke

Can anybody tell us what Ford this yoke came on new.

I had one like that from a Speedway catalog.

Actually I'm asking about the big round hunk of metal behind the yoke.

Does it turn with the yoke? I would guess if it does it's rubber bonded like a engine damper. My 67 Galaxie has a driveshaft with 1 tube bonded into the other. Wife's Mustang had what looked like a timing damper bonded to the front of the driveshaft. They were really starting to get into the NVH deal in the 60's and 70's. If it doesn't turn with the yoke I've never seen one like it.

It does turn with the yoke.

It's just a dampner, my 64 390 galaxie had one. It was fairly common on 60's full size FoMoCo cars
