61 Fairlane door tag decoding

I'd like to decode my Fairlanes door jam tag, it reads

Body 64F Color A Trim 11 Date 05G Trans 1 Axle 1

I remember seeing a chart online once, but haven't been
able to locate it again. Any help would be appreciated!
Also, is there any way of telling what the installed engine was?
