57 fairlane vent window fix

If its like I' ve seen in mid 50's Fords under the window there is a spring that you tighten up to do this. You have to take the door panel off, and if your lucky the spring and the nut that it adjusted by will be accessible. Otherwise, you will have to remove the vent window assembly to get at the nut and spring.
 
I agree with Paul, There is an adj on the window pivot. I also think you can get to it with the panel off, but it has been a long time sense I have done one and I could be wrong about getting to it with the panel off. Bill
