Has anyone successfully removed an oil seal from a 55 Thunderbird distributor? If so, can you tell me how you did it? I can’t for the life of me figure out how to remove it. It’s a metal/ rubber seal similar to a small timing cover seal that’s pressed into the underside of the distributor housing. No access to get a punch, hook, or blind bearing removal tool. Totally puzzled. Thanks.
