55-56 Ford Step Plates?

[Felby]

Hello Ford Barner's! Anyone know what these fit?

They are marked on the Ford tag: For 55-56 Ford with special rocker moldings".

Help identify these.

[Ole Don]

They look like they would fit a 55.

Have you seen these before?

[Daves55Sedan]

Maybe those are for use only on cars that had the rocker panel stainless steel mouldings ????
