Has anyone put a Chevy camaro clip on a '54 Ford if so which one works best. We're putting one under a convertible and try not to look for one that may give us a problem.THANKS FORD BARNERS I KNOW YOUR OUT THERE !!!!!!

Custom suspensions can be tricky. Makes sense now. Someone should be able to chime in that's done it.

OK Why not measure a Torino, Granada, clip disc brakes, power steering box easy to get parts for, might spend a day at a pick-up-parts with a measuring tape but then it's still all ford..

The Torino will probably be too wide, the Granada or a Lincoln Versailles is good candidate,in fact in some other forums the Versailles was used for both front disc swaps in 54-56 Fords as well as the disc brake rear end swap.

Look at an Aerostar front end. It bolts on and is close to the correct width. It has disc brakes, rack and pinion steering, and a huge anti roll bar.
