Here is a good dash cluster as removed from a '54 F-100 Pk. All the gauges worked and it includes the harness and some things to convert to 12 volts if you want. 100 bux.

Do you by chance have the oil psi sender and temp sender units? I am working on a 53 and need a passenger door glass, passenger vent window lock, ash tray, sun visors, gas pedal and windshield wipers. By chance do you have any of those parts also?
