I should have been more clear, I was referring specifically to cab-over trucks. The 337 was the engine in F-7s and F-8s from 48 through 51, but they weren't made in cab-over configuration. The flathead 6 was also available in cab-over F4 through F-6 trucks.
I was not aware that you could get a "Big Job" cab-over starting in 53.

Got it. We in the US did not have cabover F4, F5 either. Just F6 on up (I think).
