are there perfomance intakes which will handle 2 carbs==stromberg 97's for a 51 merc motor....want one with the oil filler up front....like stock....are these available anywhere...seen alot for 32-48 engines...thankyou:)
 
Yes, They made LOTS of different after Market Multi Carb Manifolds in the "Old Days" for the 49-53 Flat Head. You often see them at swap meets and also on E-Bay.

Edelbrock and I think others still make them.

Edelbrock makes two different 2X2 designs, Offenhauser and Sharp each make one. I think Thicksun and maybe Navarro are also being reproduced. You can get the Edelbrock, Sharp and Offy manifolds from Flathead Jack in either a sand or polished finish.
 
Also try H&H flatheads they sell a vast array for manifolds for your application and they are the ones who make the navarro manifolds.You might also try vintageford.com
