Here's what I've already done/updated.
Rebuilt carb
New mechanic pump
New oil pump rod
New hose from line to mechanical pump.
I need to pump on the pedal over 100 times.
I do have an electric 12v pump by the tank. I can leave it on for over 2 minutes and it still won't start, unless I pump the pedal another 100+ times.
Gas tank is about 3 years old. Hardly driver as its sat for a while. The gas looks clear. Topped off the gas.
New accelerator pedal.
Made sure gas tank cap is highly closed.
New filter pre and post electric pump.
Battery fully charged.
Car has patronix
Occasionally the choke rod by the carb gets stuckasbit rubs by the carb housing. Either way. I manually reach under the dash to pull on the rod to choke it.
Any advise is appreciated.
