I had my original windshield frame rechromed by Walker's Custom Chrome.
The new glass came from Mac's, as did the bedding material.
The original "L" shaped frame corner braces were rotted and aftermarket replacements could not be found, so I fabricated new ones from 5/16th square metal rods.
I've tapped and screwed these new braces to the lower windshield frame piece.
So far, I have not been able to aproximate the corners of the frame enough to get the pieces together.....about a 3/4 inch gap.
The bedding is in two pieces to follow each frame piece.
Any suggestions as to how one can get the frame together would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers!
