Lawrie, you need soft type woven linings if you have mechanical brakes. Those ones shown on ebay post are NOT WOVEN. Try Michael at third generation auto. He has had them in the past. Regards, Kevin.

I have sent Michael an email ,and are waiting for a reply as I want to get 3 more items from him
Are you going to the Qld v8 club country toor in Grafton in August.?we are driving down in the 34.

Make sure "old woven" doesn't mean "asbestos". I believe the Aussies are pretty strict on that.

I have some if Micheal doesn’t have them. These are some from “back in the day”. My dad was the manager at a parts store in the 50’s /60’s and these came from his estate. I also have ‘35-‘36 wovens. I can peel the paper back and make more pictures if you want to see them. Email me at v8fordman@hotmail.com

Hi Lawrie. No wont be going to Grafton. A bit far for us in the 34 Ford. The car is good but maybe not the driver and passenger. The brakes on my 34 are all good no wear but the linings look a bit hard and she brakes a bit slowly. I have a set of woven linings and some of Teds floater kits which I have been a bit slack in fitting. My 17 mustang has now got 1,900 km on the clock, still brand new !I drive my 66 mustang convert the most, a great little car. Like your travel pics, keep em coming. The roads and traffic and big projects down here in Melbourne are a nightmare. You are lucky being up the bush. Regards, Kevin.

Kevin. ny mustang has 30K
Im trying to get away in the 33 and van but seem to be busy.
All good here.
my 34 was used in an add for the local elec company the other month
Lawrie
