I have the hard to get parts to bolt a flathead transmission to a 32 crossmember. The parts are in great shape, I have the main hat shaped mount,the 4 special bolts and the back support ring. The threads on the bolts are great. The parts have been bead blasted. There is minor rust were the rubber retained moisture but no deep pockets or anything else that would effect the use. You would still need the repo'ed rubber and steel plate to complete the mount.
