Yes, No, kinda, sorta, not really.
Per the 1937 hardware and trim:
B-46205 / B-46206: B-45,50,55,160,190,400,410 (5W, SptCpe, Tudor, Fordor, Vicky, B400, Sedan Delivery).
B-69205 / B-62906: 1932 Cabriolet.
40-702350 / 40-702351: 1932 3 Window, 1933-34 Tudor, 3 Window, Fordor front, Victoria, Cabriolet, 5 Window, Sedan Delivery.
40-733950: 1933-34 Fordor rear.
46-862350-B / 46-862351-B 1933-34 Station Wagon front, 46-864350 / 46-864351 rear.
All of these appear to have the same base handle shape and design. What differs is the mounting bezel (curved for the reveal on 1932 except cabriolet and 3 window, flat for 1933-34 and 1932 cabriolet and 3 window).
What will differ is the length of the shaft, and where the slots are to clear the anti-theft provision in the latches.
The next issue is what the exterior is made of... stainless or chromed brass? The answer of course is YES. I have seen examples of both, and mix/match (handle outside/handle inside/standoff/bezel. My understanding (from a conversation with DavidG) is that 1932's tend to be stainless, 1934's tend to be chrome/brass but there is no certainty what is correct for a given date and if the different materials are due to an engineering change or due to Ford's sourcing handles or components from different vendors.
Clear as used motor oil?
