'31 Pickup large head carriage bolts

Some misc. photos show a row of 5 wide head carriage bolts (sold by vendors) at the cab back along the belt line to hold the interior seat back wood pieces, etc. There is also a horizontal row below these; are these small or big head carriage bolts ?

My widebed only has one row. I'm not a restorer so have replaced them with polished stainless steel carriage bolts.

The five holes at the top are for the belt rail wood and the three below are for the vertical seat backrest support.

I’ve replaced those with what is known as step bolts.

I have step bolts for the top row. Small head bolts for the 2nd row down backrest support ??

On my un-restored pickup they are small heads just like the ones for the bed strips.
