I would like to have my running board aprons painted can they be removed with out lifting the body I would rather not unbolt body as it is adjusted well.

Unfortuantley if you want to remove them, the body must be lifted. Some of the body blocks are resting on the apron and the apron is fastened to the frame in two places that you will have to raise the body to get access to them. Some of the body bolts go through holes in the apron.
