1959 Ford and Edsel frame differences? Same?

I have a 59 Ford 2dr Hdtp with a bad frame but savable body. Can I use the frame from one of the Edsel 2dr body styles? If so which one? I have heard that one is smaller than the other.

a 59 edsel would be the same. theres 2 frames used in 58 but i dont think you could use either one.

If my memory is right, 58 Edsel had two different frames, the Pacer had a Ford frame, the Citation was the bigger Mercury. Not sure about the Ranger.

Ranger and Pacer models of the Edsels were Ford size, Corsairs and Citations were Mercury size....Bob L
