1936 ford fender welt

1/4" is what all the sellers seem to list for 1932-48 Cars and 1932-72 Trucks.

Guys, the original welt had a finished diameter of .230". The twisted paper core was .160"
Ralph, if your welt is 3/16" (.187) it has either shrunk big time or has been replaced at some point.

Is this true for 35 pickup?

Pretty much all of this welt, if it was there to start with, was completely gone on my pickup.

Thanks,

Heard, not 100% certain but do believe the same welt was used from '32 through '48.
