1936 5 window coupe rear window

I have new glass to install in my 36 coupe for the rear rolldown window. I have removed the window trim and access plate and unscrewed the regulator from the access panel. Just trying to figure how to slide the regulator and glass from the track so that I can install the new glass. Do I need to remove the bottom structure through the trunk or is there an easier way?
 
Got the window out of the car and the glass out of the track.. It just took the right angle and a little extra push pull. Now i just need to wait for the delivery truck to come with the new glass channel fuzzy and then i can put it all together.
