No rust whatsoever however it does require straightening $250, front fender braces $50, pieces to brace cab in both the front and rear to the floor section $30 per piece or $85 for the lot, a very nice rust free piece that site upright behind the seat and is afixed to the floor $80. Rear decklid for the bed $150. All parts plus shipping. Prefer local pickup on the complete rear of the cab. This would be very difficult to ship
