This is truly a very nice car. Great Patina and almost rust free. This car runs, drives, and stops. It could be driven as is, easily restored, or would make a great hot rod.

This car recently came from Montana, and looks to be in great shape. There is one little rust spot in the passenger side lower cowl area, and some stress cracks, but that is it. The floors, sill areas, and inner door lips are in great shape. The garnish moldings are all there and in great shape.

The cool thing about this car is that almost everything works. The windows go up and down, the door latches work, and the windshield opens up. The lights all work, as it has been rewired. I think the only thing that isn’t working is the speedometer, and that may just be the cable.

It comes with extra parts, including a top wood kit. The top has, I think, a 1958 Ford roof tacked in, which looks great. It could be finished off this way, or easily removed to go back to stock.

The engine runs great and starts with ease. The engine was rebuilt and shows a rebuild tag from 1948. It must not have been driven much, as cross hatching is still visible in the cylinders. It has a new distributor. The transmission is good and has a newer clutch.

It appears to be a Briggs body and sits on a 1929 chassis. It comes with its correct 1929 title.

Everything on this body appears to be original. It is not some pieced together mess, but a legitimate original complete body. What this means is that everything matches and fits together. Since these bodies were originally made by many different body manufactures, some pieces from different manufacturers don’t always fit from car to car. Trying to make a nice car from parts is not all that easy. With this car, you don’t have to worry, as everything fits together nicely. The doors open and close really nice!

My plans were some cool period performance parts on the existing engine, and you have the coolest car around. Big dollar street rods are nice, but nothing attracts more attention than an original patina car with some cool vintage hot rod stuff!

I unfortunately need to sell, as a new addition to our family is keeping me from finding time to work on this car.

I am asking only $7,650 for it.

Just how nice is this coupe? Take a look at the trunk floor. When was the last time you saw a Model A with floors this nice?

Here are some more pictures of my coupe showing how nice it is. The inner door lips are great, with no rust out at all. The door jambs are mint; there isn't even any pitting,

Very interesting car. Obviously a 30-31 body with a 30 shell and 29 or earlier fenders and wheels. Actually looks cool...... Gar Williams

Happy New Year! How about a new Ford for the new year?

The doors open and close like a Cadillac!

The way the doors open and close is amazing. I had no idea a Model A could have doors that open and close this nice!

Yeah, interesting. The rear fenders are 30 31 as they don't line up correctly with the 28 29 splash shields. Never actually saw one put together like this. You are correct the fronts are 28 29 as well as the head light bar.

Looks as if the headlight shells are painted 28-29 shells as well. 21 inch wheels. Neat look........... Gar Williams
