I was hoping to hold on to this, but the wolves are at the door...
This is a REALLY nice chassis from under a 1930 Model A tudor sedan. Numbers are clearly legible on frame and match the Ohio title in my name (included). Cowl, gas tank and wooden body are NOT included. I put a couple hundred miles on this as a jalopy this summer. Grille shell is OK, radiator is excellent, engine runs strong but lifters are noisy. No smoking, no oil leak. Transmission is fine, a little tricky to get in 2nd but no funny noises. Rear end is healthy - smooth, no noises. Mechanical brakes are functional but need TLC.
Wheels are 17" wires that have been dip stripped and powdercoated black. Tires are bias ply Excelsior Comp Vs with less than 250 miles. I believe they are 550s in front and 650s out back. I also have one bare (but powdercoated) rim to use as a spare, and it is included.
There are no fenders, running boards, or aprons. I will include a nice hood. The chassis is partially disassembled, so some parts will just get piled in your truck. I am asking $500 for the wheels & tires, $1,500 for the chassis without the wheels, or $2,000 for the chassis with the wheels. If you buy the chassis without the wheels I have some rough 16" wires with no tires that will keep it off the ground.
