1913 T engine hick up

I drive the "T" - it does not sit in garage, I do the same to the "A". I live in Florida -so no freezing cold days. This happened in August 2014. I had her tuned so well when starting, it fired up immediately. Went for a drive -ran around for a couple hours stopping here and there. One of the stops she would not start, nothing I could do - then out of no where she fired up -made it half way ans stopped. Checked fuel and noticed low but still had some. Would not start - tried for a while and finally called AAA hauled home. Put fuel in tank - no luck. Let it sit for a few weeks (had to get back to work).
Came back tried to turn it over and found engine not turning over so I pulled on the crank and it gave loose. I pulled the plugs and found all 4 showing rust(not a lot ) but all 4 had evidence of water (very little but all showed rust ). I pulled head off and did not see any evidence of blown/damaged head gasket. I have not done a thing to it since -but ready to get at it now. So here we go - Any suggestions how to proceed? I have been told to get new gasket - install head and modify a plug so I can pressurize each cylinder and with radiator full -if there is a crack in cylinder walls the radiator would bubble - seems far fetched because all 4 plugs showed water . Please advise. Thank you.

I bet you got some bad gas. I would drain the gas and replace it with fresh gas. Make sure there is good flow out of the fuel strainer at the bottom of the tank. Make sure there are no other fuel filters between the carburetor and the tank.

Rusty plugs = water in the gas.
