I bought this emblem for my 34 Ford pickup and when it arrived it was much smaller than the one I have on my truck. It measures 1 7/8" x 15/16" and has the Fox logo on the back so I know it is OE. Anybody know what year and vehicle it is off?

Looking for some information on a 1934 Ford cowl band

I posed this question over on the Hamb and thought I'd also post it here. I bought a 1934 Ford BB heavy truck a couple years ago and it came sporting a cowl band. I haven't seen one on any other 34 trucks and was wondering if anyone knew if the band was original equipment or an aftermarket part.
