I've always said I have a few true friends and allot of acquaintances . Fewer friends for him but he probably had more money and happy wife happy life .

I've always went with agreed value insurance on my old cars that I've restored main reason if I start with a vehicle with a purchase price on title of $3000. and do the work myself I don't always have documentation to prove stated value . Have not had any claims but friends have had good luck...

Wouldn't it be more feasible to weld nuts during your sheet metal repair ? Just a thought .

Surprising what you'll find when going over the car . When I bought mine it looked nice and ran well . Found allot of hidden problems in body ,brakes, and suspension . That was in 2017 and just now roadworthy . I have reworked and made allot of changes. Don't hurry and make it safe .

Looking at your picture when you correct that gap your side to side gap will change allot . Fitting new parts on something 89 years old is a task .

I have a HF cabinet and run it with an average output of probably less than 15 cfm . Had problems with HF gun and replaced it with a better one. Works for me . I seem to blast in spurts not long trigger times . If you have a lot of blasting and in a hurry then as Mike says go big for cfm .
