My understanding was that the Ah was it speeding up, the OOO was at max, and the Ga slowing down. If you have to high voltage it goes right to max, so you miss the Ah. If there is not enough resistance if goes right to max.

I used an A-plate from Brattons for fuses.

As a test, shift from 3rd into neutral, rev it as high as you think you should. While still in neutral, push forward lightly into 2nd. It will grind until it slows down enough. That engine sound is what you want each time. If it never goes in, you didn't rev enough.

What was the direction of impact? Was he sliding sideways?

If it was a rumble seat you would have holes in the fenders to mount the step plates.

Make sure the adjustment wedge is fully backed out.

Your brakes seem to go out but then not retract. Could be a broken spring but most likely brake dust and grease has hardened not allowing the shoes to return. Just clean good and put back together.
