1946 Ford flathead V8 2-barrel intake manifold. Canadian manufacturer and date coded October 17, 1946. This is a rarely seen aluminum manifold and it would clean up really well. Originally would have been in a 1946 Ford Canadian manufactured car.

On the '42 thru '47 Ford truck (and Mercury) the only door which had the lock option was the passenger side. Quecky but I've owned two and both were the same. My '47 Mercury has the option and is factory original.

I've had a '47 Ford 1/2 ton and I currently have a '47 Merc 1/2 ton now. I used to see a lot of 3 tons on farm yard in Alberta and they all had the extensions which my Dad said were factory installed. They'd look a little odd installed on the 1/2 ton.
