Just for the sake of knowledge for me and discussion. The armored cable wouldn't be needed so couldn't a waterproof connector be used on the red wire going into the dist? That way it could easily be disconnected if needed. Just wondering..Thanks.

Mine is the top of the drivers side front window.. I have tried tape, and grease nothing works. Also leaks a little water. The back tray on my coupe vibrates where it meets the metal part. really annoying. Guess thats part of what makes them interesting.

When I put the car away last fall I noticed some small star shaped rock chips on the front fenders. I live on a mile and a half of gravel road and the tires are picking up rocks and causing the problem.. Does anybody use bed liner or ? under the fenders to stop this... would like to do something...
