DITTO !!! Club member had gas valve go bad AND at same time the carburetor float hung up and he had an entire tank of gasoline leak onto the kitty litter-filled drip pan! He walked into his garage and was bowled over with the smell of gasoline.

So a friend of mine with a Model T doctor’s coupe was trucking down the road at 25 mph when he was stopped by a cop. Cop asked him if he knew how fast he was going. No sir, I don’t. I have no speedometer! Cop was incredulous until he looked inside. He was doing 25 mph in a 20 mph zone! lol

You have an “original” babbitted Model A that will do 65 mph? Consider it a unicorn!

Re: 6’2” When shopping for my Model A I discovered that the Victoria has the widest doors (I can now get my size 13 shoes in the car! My fused back didn’t take kindly to the original seats so I bolted in some angle iron and installed a set in a set of Honda Prelude seats. I now cruise around...

I have a friend who bought one this past Fall and has already turned around and is selling it again. He just didn’t fit! He too was fulfilling a lifelong dream. If you don’t fit — it’s just miserable.

I found an easy fix for the dash panel light — I used a 12V bulb in my 6V system! Works like a champ!!
