I'm looking for a thread chaser for the cam shaft end, or can some one tell me what the tread size is. The end was clinched when the original camshaft nut was peened with a chisel. I don't want to force the new cam nut over the damaged threads.

It rattled badly when shaken you could hear loose pieces inside the bearing. rather be safe than sorry later.

I just replaced the throw out bearing tonight. The old one was worn out. My question is, should the new bearing have a lot of resistance or should it spin freely?

What was the finishes of the hand brake and gear shift lever? From what I have seen on AA's they are painted black. Is this the same on Pickups?

I am going to start restoring a late 1930 closed cab Pickup. Is there any books on information on the cab exterior finishes and interior finishes as well as the pickup bed. nothing is mentioned in the judging standards on this.

I'm Looking for the Diamond pattern window shade for my 30 deluxe coupe. It does not appear that Le Baron Bonny offers this pattern. Its hard to see on their web site what they have available. Are there other Companies that sell model A interiors?

I would like to use my original brake rods that are bowed. How can I straighten them out? I don't think I should use heat because that may weaken the rod or am I wrong in that thinking? Looking for advice.
