I think you would be better off finding a pair of 35-36 bones. They are stronger and less hassle than model A bones. There is a reason why they ditched the A bones back in the day and went with the later model suspension parts.

I agree. I was just caught off guard when i grabbed the 3/4" die and it was loose. Thought It would be a 10 minute deal until I was confronted with 11/16" I could also also cut them and tig weld back together. Its just that the threads are kind of sketchy and really wanted to run a die over...

I would like to clean up the threads and even shorten a 35 headlight bolt to use on my 36. What thread size are they?? As far as I can see they look like a 11/16"-18 which would be similar to a tie rod end pattern? How will I ever find a die to fit this? help please!
