Has anyone ever removed the eccentric on the front brakes that adjusts the clearance of secondary shoe? I am putting new lining on and a duel master cylinder and the new shoes do not have the hole for the eccentric spring. I have adjusted these brakes in the past with this 54 only eccentric...
