    ultimate 600w replacement

I'm thinking the ISO needs to be 1000 to 1500. 680 does not seem thick enough.

Here is a picture and spec sheet for lubriplate SPO299. After wayyyyyy overthinking this, I finally found what I think I like. My bench testing indicates SAE 240 and acts just like what I took out of my transmission. I even tasted it to make sure it was not molasses. Let me know what you...

Yes it pegs positive. I don't get warm fuzzys about the accuracy of this meter. I may try to measure it with my Fluke before adjusting. Do you have experience with a current measurement like that?

    1931 headlight glass style

Howdy MikeK. One of my lenses appears to be an original...or a very good reproduction. Mine says "twolite headlamp" across the bottom under the Ford logo. My logo seems solid and the "o" is an "o". Should I order a reproduction or is new/old stock still available? Perhaps you have one...

    spray on chrome

My bumpers are structurally sound but becoming ugly. I got quotes from local chromers but it exceeds replacement costs. It would be cheaper for me to just order new stainless steel ones. I could sand them smooth and put the coating on them. I know it's just paint, but it could be cost...

    Need a couple of taps

On the drain plug, there was a 3/4 x 16 jammed in there half way. I have a new 3/4 x 16 plug that seems to go in just fine until it gets the last thread in the the pan, then it stops. I will try a 3/4 x24 and see how it works.
