To answer your question most set their coils for a “hand crank start” to work best between 2 to 2-1/2 volts so that would be the minimum a magneto would need to produce to get the engine started. Good magnetos at idle produce 5 volts and at road speed 30+ volts.

I usually deal with Snyder’s or Lang’s for parts. Snyder’s sells both Model A and Model T parts. Lang’s only sells Model T parts but also has a huge inventory of good used parts

Most will go for scrap metal. All the large Model T vendors are in their 70’s and 80’s with no interest by younger members. Like auctions of the past the auctioneer will spend less than 2 minutes at each large pile and most will be loaded into scrap trucks and gone in a week. Sorry to say but...
