Thanks rich, but that won't work. Bolt holes don't line up when rotated and can't flip because of the way it's cast. This is why I'm puzzled. If I can figure out how to post pics, I will. Anybody else? Johnny

Are they rubber? If so, I believe they are an aftermarket whitewalls that are mounted with the tire. (held in between tire bead and rim) When I got my '49 Tudor it had a set on the 16". I think you can still get them. If they aren't rubber, I have no idea.
