I bought a new flasher from snyders, turn signal kit and 6 volt led lights. hope this fixes the problem. will know in a few days.

I agree with gdmn852. I have restored several cars in my life time and although they cost me a lot, I had fun and enjoyed doing so. Either way that you go , having a Model A is a lot of fun and some headaches.Good luck with your venture.

Actually they call them by both names, depending on who you are talking to, or when looking them up. The name confused me at first also.

Those were the ones I bought but from another company. They are 7 inch and I need 9 inch. They help you with knowing if you left your headlights on or not according to other model a people.

Evidently they are as several model A people are using them. Our police are more concerned about newer vehicles vs older cars. Most of the time if an older car is pulled over it is because they want to look at it and take pictures. I know this for sure especially when they see my 28 roadster.

In 2015 I bought my 28 Roadster. I paid $16,000 and will have invested another $16,000 by time my Mitchell overddrive and synchro mesh transmission is installed. I probably would be lucky to get $20,000 for it. Yet it is insured for $26,000. Go figure.

That kit is not for the back seat to rumble seat lid.

I used aircraft fuel line sealer on both my A's and not a leak in 2 years on one and 1 year so far on the other.

Just trying to find bolts that hold seat cushion to the rumble seat lid.

I am in the same position as you. Working on my 28 Roadster. I have tried for months to get good pictures or a pattern. I have designed a pattern but am not satisfied with it. Hope you have better luck than me. If I get mine done I will take pictures and post them.

When I did my 28 roadster I removed the fenders. If you don't than it will be a slow progress as you will have to mark the welting at each bolt hole and cut out a half circle or mark welting at each bolt hole and cut a hole in the welting. A guy on VFF has basically the same problem as me. The bolts are basically 12-24 or 12-24 D from what I have read. Just need to locate bolts some where.
