I have never been to this show, sounds like a good one still. I use to live in the area.

I found that this is definitely a factor in dialing in the door gaps. Its a process in patience.

I think many years ago they would draw attention from the police but nowadays I don't think they would care.

Were they only on one side of the car?

When tearing down my 51's front suspension for a rebuild I noticed that the driver's side had these spacers between the lower control arm and the frame while the passenger's side didn't have any. My Ford manual does not show them at all. If they are supposed to be there I am wondering if a prior...

I am in search of decent original parts, either just the top piece (bar)or both panels as shown. Looking for something not rusted and maybe better than driver quality than what I am holding in this attached pic.

This is what I came up with to spread my reverse eyed spring. A couple of pieces of c-channel and two bolts per side on the bottom side of the spring. The bolt closest to the eye traps the channel from moving and the other bolt is what I push against with my homemade spreader. It works pretty...
