I have a 1928 York Hoover Huckster, All of the sill mounting holes only align to a Model A Frame. Front Dash assembly mounts around a std. Model A Gas tank and cowl assembly. I have seen pictures of a simular body on a Chevy frame and it is designed around Chevy body parts. Hope this helps!!
