I believe so. As clean as the plugs were and I mean they were clean. I believe once the starter is unstuck It should spin over and crank up.

he wasn't home, so I parked down the road and walked in :) there was an old thunderbird vertible rotting away, a stutabaker, and old ford pickup, I didn't walk in far but there is quite a few old cars in there. I will go back when it cools down one afternoon.

the orange circles are where I pulled out bolts (2 short 9/16 and 1 longer with nut 5/8") the yellow circle is where the L bracket it, which appears has been left loose from the oil pan from a previous starter change job. and the red indicates the bolts I need to remove. got it.
