Hello, I am looking for a nice set of original steel front fenders for a 1/2 ton pickup. I know they won't be cheap, I'm looking for good ones that haven't been destroyed or cobbled together. Thanks

Bring a trailer is going to get you the best exposure and the highest price, and it doesn't cost very much either. I believe right around $100 or so.

The last I knew those 2 piece pans were going for about $200 - $250. I had one, they are very well built.

I have used Reliable and wouldn't entertain anyone else unless I was hauling it myself. Don't try to save a few bucks if you're not willing to do the drive yourself, it just isn't worth it. The last thing you want to deal with is a broker - the scum of the earth. There are way too many scams...

You just need to find a guy that cares about doing his job, which may not be easy. Maybe you could ply one into caring with a case of beer.

I believe it should be on the left side of the frame by the steering box.

It has the 34 wood and the dimples for the hood.

Just an anecdote, but over the years I've noticed far more 1-1/2 ton trucks with the early doors that had inside garnish mouldings than I have 1/2 ton pickups.

Not all 34 bodies have the crows foot stiffening rib in the rear wheel tub. My 34 5 window coupe I am working on has flat wheel tubs and it didn't have any metal work done to the body until I started fixing it. It was still in the original black paint and not a lot of rust. My guess would be...
