Your heater is exactly like the one in my '52 F7 except my defrosted hoses are more of a 45 degree where yours look to be 90 degree. The other difference is that on the F 7 the battery is under the cab behind the rt running board. Interior box & Fotd letters are same.
I bought a '35 5 window coupe from a friend who got it from the original owner. My friend drove it some, used it in parades and then put it in a climate controlled basement where it sat for 42 years. I had to rebuild the distributor to get it running. It has no oil gauge, so i just started...
I have a new headliner that I can't use, from Cartouche for a '50 coupe. I bought an interior for my sedan in 2006 and never checked for fit until this winter when I found it was wrong. It is the correct color for a '50 DeLuxe tan .
I have driven my '50 Ford from WV to California twice, been all 48 states and Canada, over 50,000 miles, since 2010. It set in a garage from 1972 'till 1998 before I bought it
Looking forward to Springfield! Since it is the year for the 1950 Ford recognition, My son, grandson and myself will be there with 3 1950 Fords!

What Lawrie says is pretty much what I carry in my '50 sedan, and although I have driven it over 50,000 miles across these US states, The only thing I have needed was a piston in Kansas and I didn't pack that!
I don't know exactly where Tom Johnston lives, but I sent him a message a few days ago as an inquiry about his possible involvement and he hasn't responded! Hope he is OK.
