I got the tubular set from Snyder's a year ago, the kit was easy to install. The ride and handling is very nice. If you aren't too concerned about an original appearance, this is a good option.

Sal, It's got a mild 289/C4, a '63 Falcon V8 8 inch rear, and '65 V8 front suspension/steering with Granada spindles. Fun little cruiser, and just a bit better than the bolt action six banger it came with.

How did you like pulling that inner grease seal? I had to wail away on one of them for 8-10 minutes like a monkey with a slide hammer. And they have a lock ring as well? Didn't see the need for that!

I'm pretty sure that I used a upper or lower ball joint nut from an early Mustang/Falcon V8, which should make the search a bit easier.
