    New Zealand firestone tires

My Tudor has five "Gum Dipped" New Zealand Firestone WW. They were put on the car in 1985. Each of the five tires loses one pound of air over the winter. They still have no cracks in them. If I could buy five more today I would.

"My recommendation, use a new two blade fan with engine side pans." What is it that the side pans add to the equation? Do they funnel the air around the engine?

Lower Radiator Hose Clamp Leak - Driving Me Crazy

The shop that rebuilt my '28 engine a few months ago suggested that I add Bar's Leaks Pelletized Radiator Heavy Duty Stop Leak (PLT11) to the radiator water the first time I filled it. I did. No problems. It is pelletized and I would suggest you dissolve the pellets in hot water and add the...

    Tires

"On the other side I have NOS w/w on my Tudor. Made in New Zealand. How old is that?" I have the same NZ tires on my '28 Tudor. They were put on the car in 1985. They still have plenty of tread and no cracks. I seldom go over 35 mph.

    Name of item please

Thanks to all. Forever4 nailed it with the Ford Garage reference. It has the same bend in the top rod. The car is a LHD May 1928 Tudor. The engine is being rebuilt, so I thought it would a good time to clean up, what turned out to be, the Throttle Control Assembly. Great site.

I put a drop of Kano Kroil Penetrating Oil on the top and on the two slots on the hinge, left it to do its magic over night, and the pin popped right out the next morning.

    1929 Mass License Plate Color

You will either have to be the Michelangelo of YOM plate painters, or extraordinarily lucky to get away with it. I had to go to two registries to get a 1928 plate in beautiful original condition accepted. The applicable Mass. RMV policies on YOM plates are shown below. I'm sure there are dozens...
