    I just did mine, got the box out(just) but to reinstall I had to remove the crescent shaped mounting from the crossmember, would have been "much" easier had I removed that first!

    I had to change the pinion oil seal on my falcon, has a regular non posi diff. About a pint of thick gloopy black oil came out! The regular gear oil I used was much thinner. I'm pretty sure it's noisier now! Just wanted confirmation on the correct grade of oil Ian

    Yes, I would like to get that book The outer case on mine has no paint on it now! Looks almost like polished aluminium now, I will leave it as is, I've painted the back casing,rad etc satin black and the 3 doors green, knobs cleaned up nicely and look black, should all look like it was fitted 40...
