Thanks. The car actually belongs to the wife. The plane is a Stearman built around '41 or '42 if I remember correctly. We also have a '41 pickup and a '54 Club Coupe. Haven't put the top on yet as it needs new body mounts.

Just a thought, how well do the door gaps fit the body? Are the body mounts in good shape or do they need replaced. I need a new top on our '47 convertible but the body mounts need replaced and the doors adjusted. I can't adjust the top irons until then. Good luck with your convert.

C & G has that fender to cowel brace also. Just picked up 2 for my '41 pickup.

I'll be there. Won't have the '41 p-up but will be taking the '47 Super Deluxe.

Well, when I registered my '47 Super Deluxe Conv. ; it had yellow on black plates from 1963. Had to jump through some hoops but had the documentation that the plates had been on the car since the early '60's. They are still on the car.

Took me a little while to figure this out on my "41 pickup.

I also used Oak Bows from PA. I thought they were well built. Bought both header bow and rear bow for the '47 convertible. They were about half the cost of others.

Maybe because TV shows are getting it for free for mentioning it during the program. Prime time TV ads are probably pretty pricy. Just sayin.
