I use 90 degree fittings at both the cap and the plugs. I don't use the conduits. I buy a kit and make them up to my own lengths.

Yes, that's the ideal setup. 4 corner bolts and a leveller. Many other options also work.

You say it is full. Did you check it at idle in N with the engine warmed up and running? Is this a permanent fault or intermittent?
